This week, September 19th-22nd, don’t miss the First Annual Sierra Nevada Yarn Crawl! This FREE event is a celebration of friends, community and all things fiber!
Here’s how it works: 11 yarn shops throughout the Lake Tahoe and Reno areas will be featuring special yarns, free patterns, prizes, trunk shows and more! This is a wonderful way to tour the scenic Sierra Nevada mountains while stocking up for your fall knitting.
It’s free to crawl, and there is no pre-registration necessary.

Use our map to find the participating stores and plan your route.

Have your passport stamped at each shop you visit.

Collect stamps at all of the participating stores, turn in your passport at your final stop and you’re automatically entered into the prize drawings.
Collect a free knit and/or crochet pattern at each shop you visit. Featured yarn used in these patterns will be offered at 10% off.
