With cold temps and rainy weather, the best thing to do is grab some yarn and needles and KNIT! So come up to the Nest these next few rainy days and get inspired for a new fall pattern. We’re open extra hours this week: Friday 10:00-3:00 and Saturday 12:00-3:00.
With cloudy skies rolling in, I decided to start a new warm weather wrap, Range by Andrea Mowry, which knits up quickly on size 8 needles. My color combinations: Tahki’s Vermont (50% Alpaca/50% Merino) and Lana Gato’s Class (80% Merino/20% Angora). A fun knit using short rows, and my new favorite Brioche. Sure to be fun!
I recently started a new sweater pattern from Drea Renee Knits: Spin Raglan by Andrea Mowry — a quick worsted weight sweater that will be perfect to wear in these fall months. Using Tahki’s Tara Tweed, it’s a super soft tweed yarn to snuggle up with!
